Serviced Offices in Cayenne
The BURO Club Guyane center, located in the Les Ibis Rouges building on Route de Montabo in Cayenne, features 11 serviced offices spread across 280 m²: seven individual offices, three two-station offices, and one three-station office, available starting at €730 (excluding tax) per month.
Each resident has secure access via badge, key, or code, 24 hours a day, allowing them to work at their own pace, even outside of reception hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.). The center is equipped with fiber-optic internet, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, and on-site parking is free for both you and your visitors.
On a daily basis, you’ll also have access to a café area, a fully equipped dining area (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle), and a ground-floor terrace.

You can still access the center on your own outside of business hours, which is convenient for scheduling an early morning or late afternoon appointment. When it comes to taxation, two factors are key to the budget for setting up a business. VAT is temporarily not applicable in French Guiana. SMEs eligible for the ZFANG regime benefit from an 80% tax deduction on their profits, capped at €300,000 per fiscal year, whereas the base rate is 50% in the other overseas departments. Tax incentives for productive investment specific to the overseas territories may also apply.
French Guiana also looks to its neighbors: on July 7, 2026, it signed an agreement to join CARICOM as an associate member, one year after Martinique. As a region ofthe European Union bordering Brazil and Suriname, it offers a foothold in both Europe and South America.

You can access the space on your own outside of business hours, which is helpful when you have an appointment early in the morning or late in the day. For professionals traveling on business, there are several hotels nearby, including the Grand Hôtel Montabo and the Royal Amazonia.
The center is air-conditioned and has fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi. Residents have 24-hour access via a badge, a key, and a code. On-site, you’ll find a café area, a dining area with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle, as well as a ground-floor terrace. Printing services, postage, and a 24-hour answering service are available for an additional fee.
The center is located in the Les Ibis Rouges building, 1 Avenue Gustave Charlery, Route de Montabo, in Cayenne. On-site parking is free for both residents and their visitors. By bus, the École Jean Macé stop (Line 1) is a 5-minute walk away. The reception desk is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
