Meetings, training sessions, seminars: covered uses

Videoconference Meeting Room in Caen: Seamless Hybrid Meetings

Every meeting room is equipped with Logitech videoconferencing systems at no additional cost. In practice, a sales director can bring together their sales team from Normandy in person and connect with the Paris headquarters from Étretat—without having to transport any equipment or purchase any licenses. The business-grade fiber-optic connection ensures a consistent data speed throughout the day.

Training Centers: Public Buildings, Accessibility, and Workshop Spaces

The building is certified for public access (ERP) and is fully accessible to people with disabilities, including the meeting rooms—a requirement that Qualiopi-certified organizations must document when hosting guests with disabilities. All three rooms benefit from direct natural light, which helps alleviate fatigue during a seven-hour session. And because they can be booked separately, you can hold the plenary session in Deauville and use Étretat and Honfleur for breakout sessions on the same day.

Corporate Seminar in Caen: What the Center Offers

Deauville, with its 71 m² of space and capacity for thirty people in a conference setting, is ideal for a one-day seminar or a regional campaign launch. One thing to keep in mind: there is no restaurant or cafeteria on site, so meals must be arranged via delivery or at nearby establishments. For a residential seminar, The Originals City, Hôtel Le Savoy is the closest hotel listed by the center.

A meeting room in Caen near the train station

The Aviation stop is located on the southern section shared by lines T1 and T3, five stops from the Gare SNCF stop: your participants coming from Paris or Rouen can arrive without needing to transfer or take a taxi. Bus lines 3, 6, 8, and 21 are right next to the center (a 2- to 3-minute walk).

The Benefits of Hosting Your Meeting in Caen

Caen offers everything that matters for a regional meeting: a direct rail service from Paris Saint-Lazare, a trip of less than two hours on the fastest routes, about 20 trains per day, and a central location at the intersection of the A13, the A84, and the N13, with a ring road serving the southern part of the city where the downtown area is located. Teams coming from Rennes, Le Havre, or Rouen can reach the city directly.

The city also makes extended days pleasant. The temperate oceanic climate prevents excessive summer heat, which is appreciated when a session stretches into the late afternoon. And there are plenty of nearby attractions: the Caen Memorial, the ducal castle of William the Conqueror, the two abbeys, or the D-Day beaches for a half-day team-building activity at the end of a seminar.
