Étretat, with its TV screen and whiteboard, is suitable for team meetings and job interviews. Honfleur, equipped with a projector, is sized for a full day of training. Deauville features a touchscreen and two whiteboards; when it hosts the plenary session, the other two rooms serve as breakout workshop spaces.
All three rooms feature direct natural light, fiber-optic and Wi-Fi connectivity, and a Logitech videoconferencing system included at no extra charge. For breaks, you can add coffee per person, a breakfast package, or an afternoon snack to your booking. You also have the option to request lunch delivery.

The building is certified for public access (ERP) and is fully accessible to people with disabilities, including the meeting rooms—a requirement that Qualiopi-certified organizations must document when hosting guests with disabilities. All three rooms benefit from direct natural light, which helps alleviate fatigue during a seven-hour session. Deauville, with its 71 m² of space and capacity for thirty people in a conference setting, is ideal for a one-day seminar or a regional campaign launch. One thing to keep in mind: there is no restaurant or cafeteria on site, so meals must be arranged via delivery or at nearby establishments. For a residential seminar, The Originals City, Hôtel Le Savoy is the closest hotel listed by the center.
The Aviation stop is located on the southern section shared by lines T1 and T3, five stops from the Gare SNCF stop: your participants coming from Paris or Rouen can arrive without needing to transfer or take a taxi. Bus lines 3, 6, 8, and 21 are right next to the center (a 2- to 3-minute walk).
Caen offers everything that matters for a regional meeting: a direct rail service from Paris Saint-Lazare, a trip of less than two hours on the fastest routes, about 20 trains per day, and a central location at the intersection of the A13, the A84, and the N13, with a ring road serving the southern part of the city where the downtown area is located. Teams coming from Rennes, Le Havre, or Rouen can reach the city directly.
The city also makes extended days pleasant. The temperate oceanic climate prevents excessive summer heat, which is appreciated when a session stretches into the late afternoon. And there are plenty of nearby attractions: the Caen Memorial, the ducal castle of William the Conqueror, the two abbeys, or the D-Day beaches for a half-day team-building activity at the end of a seminar.
