The monthly offerings include five single-desk offices starting at €400 (excluding tax) per month, eight two-desk offices, eight three-desk offices, and six four-desk offices. No setup fees are charged upon joining.
Each space features fiber-optic internet and secure Wi-Fi access, a coffee corner, a dining area equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tables, and high tables, and an outdoor terrace. The building is classified as a public access building (ERP), is fully accessible to people with limited mobility, and residents have 24-hour access.

Three meeting rooms round out the offerings. Étretat, 21 m², accommodates up to 10 people for half-day or full-day sessions, with a TV screen and a flip chart. Honfleur, 32 m², accommodates up to 16 people and is equipped with a video projector. Deauville, 71 m², accommodates up to 30 people in theater-style seating, with a touchscreen and two flip charts.
All three rooms feature direct natural light, Logitech videoconferencing equipment, and Wi-Fi. Coffee break services can be added to the reservation.
