Located in a 750 m² air-conditioned space, the center at 12 Place Saint-Hubert offers several rooms for rent.
- The Carnot Room (20 m², natural light) can accommodate up to 13 people for a conference and 8 for a meeting.
- The Canonniers Room (33 m²) can accommodate up to 25 people in a cocktail or conference layout and 19 in a U-shape. It is equipped with a video projector that projects onto a white wall.
Services include: coffee breaks, a full breakfast menu, and meal trays. Visitor parking is available on site, and there is a public parking lot 300 meters away.

BURO Club Lille Villeneuve d’Ascq – 1-3 Allée Lavoisier
Set in a lush green setting across from Décathlon Campus, this 575 m² center features three rooms with natural light:
- The City (24 m²)
- Les Prés (33 m²)
- La Rotonde (55 m²), the most spacious venue for your training sessions and client events.
The rooms are set up in a U-shape by default, with other configurations available (island, conference). Each room is equipped with a TV screen.
Visitors have access to free parking on the center’s grounds, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. Catering services are the same as at the Lille center, with an off-site lunch available upon request.
