The room is suitable for executive seminars, small-group training sessions, and sales meetings that bring together a regional team from western Île-de-France. Training centers find it a quiet setting for a full-day session; sales directors find it a convenient meeting place for employees spread out between Paris, La Défense, and the Yvelines. Office managers and executive assistants particularly appreciate being able to get a quote for the full day right from the initial inquiry. For groups of more than 12 participants, the room is not suitable: please contact us to explore other options within our network.
Versailles-Chantiers, the city’s largest train station, is served by the RER C line, the Transilien N, U, and V lines, TER trains to Chartres, and a few TGV trains. From Paris-Montparnasse, the N line reaches the station in about 13 minutes. The U line connects to La Défense in about 20 minutes, and the V line takes you to Massy-Palaiseau—with its TGV connections—in 20 minutes. Your participants coming from outside Paris or another part of the Île-de-France region will therefore arrive without a car—which is just as well, since the center has no parking.
As the prefecture of Yvelines and the seat of a court of appeals, Versailles is home to numerous government agencies and courts. The Versailles-Yvelines Chamber of Commerce and Industry is headquartered there on Avenue de Paris. To the south of the city, the Satory Plateau is home to an ecosystem of companies in the mobility and defense sectors. Bringing your teams together here often means working just minutes away from your key contacts.
The national estate, which welcomed 8.4 million visitors in 2025, is located just over a kilometer from the city center. This makes it easy to extend a seminar with a visit to the estate or a stroll through the Saint-Louis district, a protected area surrounding the cathedral. Between sessions, the center’s garden offers a welcome break outdoors.
Yes. The room can accommodate a group information session for up to 12 candidates, and the center offers office space by the half-day or full day for individual interviews. HR managers benefit from a neutral location that is easily accessible for candidates arriving by train.
The center does not have on-site parking. A paid public parking lot is located about 300 meters away. Cyclists can park their bikes on the center’s grounds. Since the train station is just two minutes away, taking the train remains the easiest option for a group.
Yes, self-catering: a kitchenette and dining area are available to participants, and coffee breaks are provided.
