Starting your business in Valence or opening a branch there doesn’t require you to sign a lease. Located at 105 Rue des Mourettes, in the southern part of the city and just three minutes from the A7 interchange, the BURO Club Valence center offers its address to entrepreneurs who want a registered office separate from their home.
Your mail is received, stored, or forwarded according to your instructions, and a team welcomes your visitors Monday through Friday. Whether you’re a consultant, e-commerce business owner, early-stage startup, or independent professional, you’ll get a business address in the Drôme department for a monthly fee you know in advance.
Opened in 2018 in a fully renovated building, the BURO Club Valence business center is located in the Auréats Business Park in the southern part of the city. It serves as the network’s location for providing business address services in Valence.
The basic package starts at €39 (excluding tax) per month. It includes your registered office address and mail handling: the team receives your mail, holds it for you, or forwards it wherever you wish. Two more comprehensive packages are available.
Optional services include: telephone answering service, postage, and concierge services.
The reception desk is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and until 6:00 p.m. on Fridays. Parking is free for both you and your visitors; the center is fully accessible to people with limited mobility, and the bus stop for Line 27 (Route de Beauvallon) is an eight-minute walk away.
Starting at: 39€ (excl. tax) per month
The center’s team, led by Morgane, handles your mail, greets your visitors, and answers your questions. A client who visits your headquarters will always find someone to greet them. Whether you need a day office, a meeting room, or a coworking space, the center’s spaces can be reserved on demand. And if you need a monthly office, you keep the same address—without having to file a change of address.
By becoming a BURO Club client, you get free access to the exclusive BURO Cluber’s program: up to 2 days of free office rental each month*, 10% discount on all your meeting room rentals, access to business center lounges and invitations to networking events to expand your network. More than just a workspace, join a truly dynamic professional community!

Valence has a population of 64,458 (2023 reference population, INSEE) and serves as the prefecture of the Drôme department. The city lies at the intersection of the Rhône Valley and the Alpine Corridor: the A7 connects it to Lyon and Marseille, while the A49 connects it to Grenoble. From the Valence TGV station, Lyon is about 35 minutes away, Marseille is one hour away, and Paris is 2 hours and 10 minutes away. Nicknamed the “Gateway to the South,” it marks the transition between the Lyon region and Provence.
Located on the left bank of the Rhône, across from the Ardèche, Valence serves customers in both departments. Its economic base is diverse. Valence Romans Agglo, designated a “Territoire d’industrie” at the end of 2023, relies on the agri-food sector, high-end industries (leather, textiles, jewelry), and metallurgy, and is developing a moving-image industry cluster. The metropolitan area manages 56 business parks, including Rovaltain, located near the TGV station, which is home to more than 150 companies. For a consultant or agency, this means having numerous business contacts just a few kilometers from its headquarters.
The Valence-Romans metropolitan area has approximately 220,000 residents, more than 22,000 active businesses, and some 2,000 new businesses established each year, according to a market study published by Arthur Loyd in 2022. Entrepreneurs can count on organized support here: the Drôme Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), in partnership with Valence Romans Agglo, coordinates the Archimède initiative, which brings together the main organizations that support business creation. Registering a company’s headquarters in Valence allows entrepreneurs to leverage this local network without incurring the cost of office space.
Since 2023, the formalities for establishing or transferring a registered office have been handled through the INPI’s online one-stop shop. The application is then reviewed by the clerk’s office of the Commercial Court of Romans-sur-Isère, the only commercial court in the Drôme department: your company will be registered with the Romans Commercial Register (RCS), even if its registered office is in Valence. Romans is about 20 minutes away via the A49, but the process is handled online.
To establish a business, you’ll need to provide the executive’s identification, proof of residence, and proof of a phone number issued within the last three months, as well as your draft articles of incorporation. The registered office agreement signed with the center then serves as proof of your registered office in your application.
Yes. The staff welcomes your visitors during business hours, and parking at the center is free for them. To schedule a quiet meeting, reserve a meeting room, or book an office for the day, please contact the center directly.
