Private and common charges, property taxes, cleaning of private offices and common areas, equipment maintenance, electricity, heating, air conditioning, complete furniture (desk, pedestal, armchair, etc.) and internet connection are all included in the rent for your fully-equipped office, keeping your annual budget under control.
