Whether you’re putting together a team, interviewing candidates, or bringing your sales team together, in Valence, the easiest option is a location that’s easy to get to and where you can park without any hassle. The Buro Club Valence business center is located at 105 Rue des Mourettes, in the Auréats business park, south of the city and three minutes from the A7 interchange.
Parking is free for your attendees, and the Valence TGV station is about a 15-minute drive away. On site, three rooms ranging from 30 to 66 m² can accommodate up to 28 people for a seated meeting and 35 for a cocktail reception, with rates available for half-day or full-day bookings.
The three rooms are named after painters and share the same equipment: a video projector, a white screen, fiber-optic and Wi-Fi connections, and air conditioning. All are accessible to people with limited mobility.
The Frida Kahlo and Rembrandt rooms have natural light; the Leonardo da Vinci room does not, which makes it easier to hold long presentations.
Rembrandt, the largest room, can be configured for a conference with 30 people or a cocktail reception with 35.

Valence is located where the Rhône Valley meets the Alpine foothills. The A7 connects Lyon and Marseille, the A49 heads toward Grenoble, and the Valence TGV station puts Paris just 2 hours and 10 minutes away, Lyon 35 minutes away, and Marseille about an hour away. For a team spread across Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence, it serves as a meeting point that minimizes the need for overnight hotel stays.
The economic region also justifies the trip. The Valence-Romans metropolitan area has approximately 220,000 residents and more than 22,000 active businesses, with recognized industries in animation, leather, and digital technology. The Rovaltain business park, built around the TGV station, is home to 165 companies and 2,800 jobs, and the metropolitan area has held the “Territoire d’industrie” designation since late 2023.
Weather-wise, Valence enjoys about 2,500 hours of sunshine per year, with a climate that’s a cross between continental and Mediterranean. On sunny days, the center’s terrace and garden serve as a natural extension of the conference room. And to wrap up a seminar with a twist, the Hermitage vineyard and the Valrhona Chocolate Museum in Tain-l’Hermitage welcome groups just north of Valence.
The center is not located at the train station; it’s situated in a business park, which explains its free parking. From Valence TGV, 18 km away, allow about 15 minutes by car or taxi. The Valence-Ville train station is about 5 km away. By bus, there’s a stop an 8-minute walk away.
Yes, parking at the center is free for visitors [number of spaces to be confirmed]. There is no public parking in the immediate vicinity: please indicate the number of vehicles expected when making your reservation.
The closest hotel to downtown is the B&B Hotel Valence Sud. Downtown does not offer any accommodations, but its concierge service can book your taxis and make restaurant reservations for the evening.
