Located 10 kilometers from Paris, between the Meudon Forest and the A86, Vélizy-Villacoublay is home to nearly 43,000 jobs and one of the largest business parks in western Paris. Setting up your company’s headquarters there doesn’t require renting office space: BURO Club provides you with a business address on Rue des Frères Caudron and handles your mail and packages.
Whether you’re a consultant, e-commerce entrepreneur, founder of a seed-stage startup, or independent professional, you can keep your personal address off your articles of incorporation and invoices while using a business address that your clients will recognize right away. Whenever you need an office or a meeting room, the team will reserve one for you on-site.
The center is located in Inovel Parc Nord, a six-minute walk from the T6 tram line and five minutes from the Westfield Vélizy 2 shopping center. Its address can be listed as your registered office on your articles of incorporation, your Kbis extract, your invoices, and your website.
Three business mailing address options, depending on how you’d like to receive your mail:
– Receipt: The center receives your letters and packages, which you can pick up at the front desk.
– Receipt and Forwarding: Your mail is forwarded to the address of your choice, plus postage.
– Receipt, Scanning, and Forwarding: Your mail is scanned so you can read it remotely, and then the originals are forwarded to you, plus postage.
As an optional service, the center provides a telephone answering service and handles postage for your outgoing mail. Mail can be picked up during office hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Friday until 4:30 p.m.
Starting at: 35€ (excl. tax) per month
The center’s address is approved by the prefecture under number 2016/91. The company that operates it, Centre Qualité Services, has been registered in Vélizy-Villacoublay since 1995: you deal directly with the center’s on-site team.
You choose the service level that best suits your business: mail and package receipt only, receipt with forwarding, or receipt with scanning and forwarding. This is convenient if you work at your clients’ locations or sell online from another location. This mailing address service in Vélizy-Villacoublay is available for both new business setups and headquarters relocations.
As a resident client, you’ll join the BURO Cluber’s program: up to two free office days per month (terms and conditions apply), a 10% discount on meeting rooms, access to the centers’ lounges, and invitations to networking events. The BURO Club network is present in over 100 cities. And if your business grows, the center also rents offices on a monthly basis: you can switch plans without changing your address.

Established in 1973, Inovel Parc is home to approximately 1,000 companies, some 835,000 square meters of office space, and more than 38,000 private-sector jobs. Dassault Systèmes established its campus there in 2008, and Thales and Safran Landing Systems are also based there, alongside numerous companies in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and digital sectors. For a consultant or a startup working with these clients, having an address in the park places you in the same area as them.
The Villacoublay Air Base dates back to 1911, and the neighborhood’s streets are named after aviation pioneers: the Caudron brothers, Morane-Saulnier, Dewoitine, and Louis Breguet. In fact, the town hall describes the town as the cradle of military aviation.
Vélizy-Villacoublay is part of the Versailles Grand Parc metropolitan community. The T6 tram line connects Viroflay to Châtillon-Montrouge, where it intersects with Metro Line 13; the Chaville-Vélizy RER C station is located in the neighboring town of Viroflay. By road, the A86 and N118 provide direct access to the business park, located about ten kilometers from Paris. And for a breather between meetings, the Meudon National Forest borders the town.
Yes. You must provide a form of identification, proof of address, and proof of a phone line dated within the last three months, as well as your draft articles of incorporation. The contract becomes effective once it has been signed by both parties, the supporting documents have been verified, and the first payment has been made: this contract then allows you to register your company at the center’s address.
Take the T6 tram and get off at the Inovel Parc Nord stop, then walk for six minutes. From Paris, transfer to Line 13 at Châtillon-Montrouge. By car, the center is a three-minute drive from the highway. Be sure to visit during business hours, Monday through Friday.
No. At BURO Club, a secondary office cannot be registered as a business address; it must have a permanently occupied office. To open a branch near Inovel Parc, the solution is to rent one of the center’s 24 monthly office spaces—ranging from individual workstations to team spaces—with a business address included in the package.
