Frame of mind

The BURO Club business centres recruit all year around centre managers, hostesse/receptionists, secretaries and accountants.
The quality of services offered by BURO Club rests mainly on the professional and relational eminence of its staff. What BURO Club demands from its staff is what its customers expects from BURO Club: appearance, flexibility, reactivity. Some positions require current practice of foreign languages.

Centre manager

In constant contact with the head office, your organisational skills and your sense of relations enable you to assist the management with the relations with customers and suppliers, but also to lead a team of two to three staff.
You are responsible for the compliance with operating rules of the centre, on the commercial side as well as on the administration management.
You have a minimum experience of at least two years in the reception or secretarial sectors. Your spelling is good, and you are fluent in current spoken and written English.

Reception hostess / Switchboard operator / Secretary

With a passion for direct contact with customers, your reception, listening and organisation abilities enable you to be reactive and available, two essential skills required to take on the tasks offered and to enhance the commercial image of BURO Club.
You are entrusted with reception, mail management and telephone calls, as well as secretarial work (Word, Excel, Internet). You therefore become a privileged contact for our customers and suppliers.
Finally, and although strong experience is not an absolute necessity, your spelling is good, and you are fluent in current spoken and written English.

Switchboard operator

Responsible for the personalised telephone reception on behalf of its customers, BURO Club is an important partner in the running of their businesses. Therefore, listening, oral expression and concentration abilities are essential to take on this position. It also requires correct spelling and good control of current English. Whether experienced or not, you will receive full training on the telephone software. This position is full or part time.
