A little history
The first business centres appeared over thirty
years ago in the United States, and nearly twenty years ago in
France.
They often represented a secondary activity, when
the main business was not likely to require the whole surface available
in the premises;
it consisted of offering poorly equipped settings with basic
services.
The business centre activity thus represented an
economic lever enabling promoters to get a better return on their
investment.
This activity then became a logistics and legal
support aimed at assisting the creation of new businesses, into
which rushed
organisations
such as Company nurseries.
And today?
The technological evolution of our communication
tools retains the following criteria: speediness, mobility, reactivity
and comfort. These modern communicability demands increasingly
justify the existence of business centres very immersed in local
economic circuits.
The constant gamble of the shared services business
centres is now in its ability to maintain the level of what it
offers. It
is even with the requirements of the structures it propounds
to welcome and assist.
The BURO Club network
Therefore, BURO Club endeavours to establish itself
firmly in its sector through the performance of its services and
the facilities offered, and the professionalism of its staff.
BURO Club France, launched in 1992, is now a nationwide
group of independent business centres, leader on its market.
Unlike the franchise concepts, BURO Club France
defines itself as a guild of independent business managers, associated
in a
nationwide organisation in order to benefit from the technical
and commercial
synergy of a single brand name.
Becoming an associate?
Today, BURO Club France consists of 27 centres in
France, overseas departments and territories abiding
by these criteria, and several admission projects are being assessed.
